Space and context does not permit me to properly debate this but suffice it to say that it IS a fallacy. Lastly, even though I was given this book through a Christian blogging for books program I would not consider this book to be a Christian book. There were some mentions here and there of scripture or of God but they seemed cursory. If you are looking for ways to incorporate more exercise into your normal day that includes house cleaning and you can get past the negatives that I mentioned this may be a worthwhile book to check out, so probably best for Christian stay-at-home-parents who want to add more fitness to their already full schedule.
